Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Suite Benedict pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
